All products are made to order specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@godskingdomfirst.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size Issues
Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have certain legal rights regarding cancellations and returns under applicable consumer laws.
